The Metro C515-PFC-4 is a mobile, half-height proofer cabinet designed for efficient food preparation. This non-insulated unit features a clear polycarbonate door for easy visibility of contents. It includes a removable bottom mount control module with a thermostat adjustable up to 120°F, ensuring optimal proofing conditions. The cabinet is equipped with fixed wire slides on 3" centers, accommodating either eight 18" x 26" pans or sixteen 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which have brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, this proofer operates on 120v/60/1 ph, delivering 1440 watts and 12 amps.
