The Metro C517-CFC-4 is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for efficiency and convenience in food service operations. This 3/4 height cabinet features a clear polycarbonate door for easy visibility of contents. The non-insulated design allows for quick temperature adjustments, with a thermostat capable of reaching up to 190°F.
It includes a removable bottom mount control module for straightforward operation and maintenance. The cabinet is equipped with fixed wire slides on 3-inch centers, accommodating up to 14 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 26 half-size 12" x 20" x 2.5" pans.
Mobility is enhanced with 5-inch casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability during use. Constructed from durable aluminum, the cabinet operates on 120V/60/1 phase power, delivering 2000 watts and 16.7 amps.
