The Metro C519-HFC-UA is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food storage and service. This full-height cabinet features a clear polycarbonate door for easy visibility and access. Its non-insulated construction allows for efficient heat retention, while the removable bottom mount control module simplifies maintenance. Equipped with a thermostat that reaches up to 190°F, this cabinet ensures your food stays at the perfect serving temperature. The universal wire slides are adjustable on 1.5-inch increments, accommodating up to 18 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 34 half-size 12" x 20" x 2.5" pans, providing versatile storage options. Mobility is enhanced with 5-inch casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, the cabinet operates on a 120V/60/1 phase power supply, delivering 2000 watts and 16 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, ensuring safety and quality for commercial kitchen environments.
