The cabinet includes a clear polycarbonate door for easy visibility of contents and a removable bottom mount control module for straightforward operation.
The thermostat can be set up to 200°F, ensuring precise temperature control. It accommodates universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, allowing for versatile pan configurations. The cabinet can hold up to five 18" x 26" pans or ten 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans. Mobility is enhanced with 3" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability.
