The Metro C535-CFS-L-GYA is a half-height heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and preparation. Featuring the innovative C5™ 3 Series technology, this mobile cabinet is equipped with Grey Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal efficiency. It includes a removable bottom mount control module and a thermostat that can be set up to 200°F, ensuring precise temperature management. With a capacity for (17) 18" x 26" pans, the cabinet utilizes lip load slides on 1-1/2" centers for easy access and organization. The durable aluminum construction ensures longevity, while the 5" casters, two of which have brakes, provide mobility and stability. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, it meets cULus and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
