The Metro C535-CFS-U-BU is a half-height heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and preparation. Featuring Blue Insulation Armour™, this mobile cabinet ensures superior insulation for maintaining consistent temperatures. The removable bottom mount control module allows for easy access and maintenance, while the thermostat can be set up to 200°F for precise temperature control.
With universal wire slides positioned on 3" centers, the cabinet accommodates up to (8) 18" x 26" or (16) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans, providing versatile storage options. The adjustable slides can be modified in 1 1/2" increments to suit various pan sizes. The cabinet is constructed from durable aluminum and equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes for secure positioning.
Operating at 120v/60/1 ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, it meets cULus and NSF standards, ensuring reliability and safety in commercial kitchen environments.
