The cabinet includes a removable bottom mount control module and a thermostat that can be set up to 200°F, ensuring precise temperature control. It accommodates up to 17 standard 18" x 26" pans with lip load slides on 1-1/2" centers, making it versatile for various food items.
Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability.
