The Metro C535-CLFC-U-GY is a half-height heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for efficiency and mobility. The cabinet includes a removable bottom mount control module with a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F, ensuring precise temperature management. It accommodates universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, allowing for versatile pan configurations. It can hold up to (8) 18" x 26" pans or (16) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans.
Mobility is facilitated by 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability.
