The Metro C535-CLFS-4-GY is a half-height heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for efficiency and mobility. Featuring lower wattage for energy savings, this cabinet is equipped with Grey Insulation Armour™ for enhanced thermal performance. The insulated cabinet and door maintain optimal temperatures, with a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F. It includes a removable bottom mount control module for easy access and maintenance. The fixed wire slides are spaced on 3" centers, accommodating up to eight 18" x 26" pans or sixteen 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans. Mobility is facilitated by 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, this unit operates on 120v/60/1 ph, delivering 1440 watts and 12 amps.
