The Metro C535-CLFS-U-BU is a half-height heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for efficiency and mobility. Featuring the innovative Blue Insulation Armour™, this cabinet ensures optimal temperature retention while operating at lower wattage. It accommodates up to eight 18" x 26" pans or sixteen 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans, utilizing universal wire slides on 3" centers that are adjustable in 1 1/2" increments for versatile storage options. The removable bottom mount control module allows for easy access and maintenance, while the thermostat can be set up to 200°F for precise temperature control. Constructed from durable aluminum, the cabinet is equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes for secure positioning. Operating at 120v/60/1 ph with a power output of 1440 watts and 12 amps, it meets cULus and NSF standards for safety and performance.
