The Metro C535-CLFS-U-GY is a half-height heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for efficiency and mobility. Featuring the innovative C5™ 3 Series technology, this cabinet operates at lower wattage while maintaining optimal performance. It is equipped with Grey Insulation Armour™ for enhanced thermal efficiency, ensuring consistent temperature control up to 200°F.
The cabinet includes a removable bottom mount control module for easy access and maintenance. Its universal wire slides are positioned on 3" centers and adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to (8) 18" x 26" or (16) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans. The sturdy aluminum construction ensures durability, while the 5" casters, two of which have brakes, provide excellent mobility.
