The Metro C535-CLFS-UA is a half-height heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal performance and mobility. Featuring the innovative Red Insulation Armour™, this cabinet ensures superior heat retention while operating at lower wattage. It is equipped with a removable bottom mount control module and a thermostat that can be set up to 200°F, allowing precise temperature management. The cabinet includes universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1-1/2" increments, accommodating up to (8) 18" x 26" pans or (16) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. Its sturdy aluminum construction and 5" casters (two with brakes) enhance mobility and stability. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with a power output of 1440 watts and 12 amps, it meets cULus and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for any commercial kitchen.
