The Metro C535-CLFS-UA is a half-height heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal performance and mobility. Featuring the innovative Red Insulation Armour™, this cabinet ensures superior heat retention while operating at lower wattage. It is equipped with a removable bottom mount control module and a thermostat that can be set up to 200°F, allowing precise temperature management.
