The Metro C535-HFS-4-GY is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for efficient food service. This half-height cabinet features Grey Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal retention. It includes a removable bottom mount control module and a thermostat that can be set up to 200°F, ensuring optimal food temperature maintenance. The cabinet is equipped with fixed wire slides on 3" centers, accommodating either eight 18" x 26" pans or sixteen 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which have brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, this unit operates on 120v/60/1 ph, delivering 2000 watts and 16.7 amps.
