The Metro C535-HLFC-4-GY is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for efficient food service. This half-height cabinet features lower wattage for energy efficiency and is equipped with Grey Insulation Armour™ for superior heat retention. The clear polycarbonate door allows for easy visibility of contents while maintaining optimal temperature.
The cabinet includes a removable bottom mount control module with a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F, ensuring precise temperature management. It accommodates a variety of pan sizes with fixed wire slides on 3" centers, holding either (8) 18" x 26" pans or (16) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans.
Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability during use. Constructed from durable aluminum, this cabinet operates on 120v/60/1 ph with a power output of 1440 watts and 12 amps.
