The Metro C535-HLFC-LA is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for efficiency and convenience. This half-height unit features Red Insulation Armour™ for superior heat retention and lower wattage operation. The clear polycarbonate door allows for easy visibility of contents, while the removable bottom mount control module simplifies maintenance.
Equipped with a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F, this cabinet ensures optimal food holding temperatures. It accommodates up to 17 standard 18" x 26" pans with lip load slides positioned on 1-1/2" centers. The cabinet is constructed from durable aluminum and features 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability during transport. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph, it delivers 1440 watts and 12 amps of power, meeting cULus and NSF standards for safety and performance.
