The removable bottom mount control module includes a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F, ensuring precise temperature management. It accommodates various pan sizes with universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, allowing for (8) 18" x 26" pans or (16) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans.
