The Metro C535-HLFS-L-GY is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for efficiency and convenience. This half-height cabinet features lower wattage operation with Grey Insulation Armour™ for enhanced thermal efficiency. It is insulated throughout, including the door, ensuring optimal heat retention. The removable bottom mount control module allows for easy access and maintenance, while the adjustable thermostat can reach temperatures up to 200°F.
With a capacity for (17) 18" x 26" pans, the cabinet utilizes lip load slides on 1 1/2" centers for secure and organized storage. The unit is equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes, providing mobility and stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, the cabinet operates on 120v/60/1 phase, delivering 1440 watts and 12 amps.
