This half-height unit features Red Insulation Armour™ for superior heat retention and lower wattage operation. It accommodates up to 17 standard 18" x 26" pans with lip load slides positioned on 1-1/2" centers, ensuring optimal organization and accessibility. The removable bottom mount control module allows for easy adjustments, while the thermostat can be set up to 200°F for precise temperature control. Equipped with 5" casters, including two with brakes for stability, this cabinet is easy to maneuver. Constructed from durable aluminum, it meets cULus and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for any commercial kitchen. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with a power output of 1440 watts and 12 amps, the Metro C535-HLFS-LA combines functionality with mobility for effective food holding solutions.
