Description
The Metro C535-MFC-4-BU is a half-height heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and preparation. This C5™ 3 Series model features Blue Insulation Armour™ for enhanced thermal efficiency. It is mobile, equipped with 5" casters (two with brakes) for easy maneuverability. The cabinet includes a clear polycarbonate door for visibility and accessibility. The removable bottom mount control module allows for straightforward operation, while the thermostat can be set up to 200°F, providing precise temperature control. Moisture control capabilities ensure ideal conditions for proofing dough. The cabinet accommodates a variety of pan sizes, with fixed wire slides on 3" centers, holding either eight 18" x 26" pans or sixteen 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans. Constructed from durable aluminum, this unit operates at 120v/60/1 ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation requirements.
