The Metro C535-MFS-4-GY is a half-height heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal moisture retention and temperature control. Featuring the innovative C5™ 3 Series technology, this mobile cabinet is equipped with Grey Insulation Armour™ for enhanced insulation. It includes a removable bottom mount control module with a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F and moisture control for precise environment management.
The cabinet accommodates up to eight 18" x 26" pans or sixteen 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans, utilizing fixed wire slides on 3" centers for efficient organization. Built with durable aluminum, it is easy to maneuver on 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability.
