The Metro C535-MFS-U-GY is a half-height heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal moisture retention and temperature control. Featuring the innovative C5™ 3 Series technology, this mobile cabinet is equipped with Gray Insulation Armour™ for enhanced energy efficiency. The insulated cabinet and door ensure consistent heating, while the removable bottom mount control module allows for easy access and maintenance.
With a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F and moisture control capabilities, this cabinet is perfect for keeping food at the ideal temperature and humidity. It accommodates up to eight 18" x 26" pans or sixteen 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans, utilizing universal wire slides on 3" centers that are adjustable in 1 1/2" increments. The cabinet is built with durable aluminum and features 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability during transport. Operating at 120v/60/1 ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, it meets cULus and NSF standards for safety and performance.
