The Metro C535-MFS-U-GYA is a half-height heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and preparation. This C5™ 3 Series model features Gray Insulation Armour™ for enhanced thermal efficiency. It is mobile and equipped with an insulated cabinet and door, ensuring consistent temperature control.
The removable bottom mount control module allows for easy access and maintenance, while the thermostat can be set up to 200°F, complemented by moisture control for ideal proofing conditions. The cabinet includes universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1-1/2" increments, accommodating up to (8) 18" x 26" or (16) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans.
