The Metro C537-CLFC-4-BU is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for efficiency and convenience. This 3/4 height cabinet features Blue Insulation Armour™ for enhanced thermal efficiency, ensuring optimal temperature retention. The clear polycarbonate door allows for easy visibility of contents while maintaining insulation.
Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, the cabinet offers precise temperature control up to 200°F, making it ideal for both holding and proofing applications. It includes fixed wire slides on 3" centers, accommodating up to 14 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 26 half-size 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans.
Mobility is facilitated by 5" casters, with two featuring brakes for stability during use. Constructed from durable aluminum, this cabinet operates on 120v/60/1 ph with a power output of 1440 watts and 12 amps.
