Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, the thermostat can be set up to 200°F, ensuring precise temperature management. The cabinet includes fixed wire slides on 3" centers, accommodating up to 14 pans measuring 18" x 26" or 26 pans measuring 12" x 20" x 2-1/2".
