The Metro C539-CDC-UA is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and preparation. This full-height cabinet features Red Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal efficiency, ensuring consistent temperatures. The clear Dutch polycarbonate doors provide visibility while maintaining insulation.
Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, the cabinet allows for easy adjustments and maintenance. The thermostat can be set up to 200°F, making it versatile for various holding and proofing needs. It includes universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to (18) 18" x 26" or (34) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans.
Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, this cabinet operates at 120v/60/1 ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps.
