The Metro C539-CLDC-4-GY is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for efficiency and versatility. This full-height cabinet features lower wattage for energy savings and is equipped with Grey Insulation Armour™ for optimal temperature retention. The Dutch clear polycarbonate doors provide visibility while maintaining insulation.
The removable bottom mount control module allows for easy access and maintenance, while the thermostat can be set up to 200°F for precise temperature control. It accommodates a variety of pan sizes with fixed wire slides on 3" centers, holding either (18) 18" x 26" pans or (34) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans.
Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, this cabinet operates on 120v/60/1 ph, with a power rating of 1440 watts and 12 amps.
