The Metro C539-CLDC-U-GY is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for efficiency and versatility. This full-height cabinet features lower wattage operation with Grey Insulation Armour™ for enhanced thermal efficiency. It is equipped with Dutch clear polycarbonate doors for easy visibility and access.
The removable bottom mount control module allows for convenient adjustments, while the thermostat can be set up to 200°F for precise temperature control. The cabinet includes universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to (18) 18" x 26" or (34) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans.
