Equipped with Dutch insulated aluminum doors, the cabinet provides easy access while minimizing heat loss. The removable bottom mount control module allows for straightforward adjustments, with a thermostat that reaches up to 200°F for precise temperature control.
Designed for convenience, it accommodates up to 35 standard 18" x 26" pans with lip load slides on 1 1/2" centers. The cabinet is mounted on durable 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability during use. Operating at 120v/60/1 ph, it delivers 1440 watts and 12 amps, meeting cULus and NSF standards for safety and performance.
