Description
The Metro C539-CLDS-U is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for efficiency and versatility. This full-height cabinet features lower wattage for energy savings and is equipped with Red Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal retention. The Dutch insulated aluminum doors provide easy access while maintaining optimal temperatures. The removable bottom mount control module allows for straightforward adjustments, with a thermostat that reaches up to 200°F. It accommodates a variety of pan sizes, holding either (18) 18" x 26" pans or (34) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans, thanks to universal wire slides set on 3" centers and adjustable in 1 1/2" increments. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, this cabinet operates on 120v/60/1 ph, delivering 1440 watts and 12 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, ensuring safety and reliability in any commercial kitchen setting.
