The Metro C539-CLFC-U-BU is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal performance and versatility. Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, it offers precise temperature control up to 200°F. The cabinet includes universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to (18) 18" x 26" pans or (34) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans.
