The Metro C539-CLFS-U-GYA is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal performance and versatility. This full-height cabinet features lower wattage for energy efficiency and is equipped with Grey Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal retention. The insulated cabinet and door ensure consistent temperature control, with a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F.
The removable bottom mount control module allows for easy access and maintenance. It accommodates up to 18 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 34 half-size 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans, utilizing universal wire slides on 3" centers that are adjustable in 1 1/2" increments.
Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, this cabinet operates on 120v/60/1 ph, delivering 1440 watts and 12 amps. It is certified cULus and NSF, ensuring compliance with industry standards for safety and sanitation.
