Description
The Metro C539-HDC-4A is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and convenience. This full-height cabinet features Red Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal efficiency, ensuring your dishes stay warm and ready to serve. The clear Dutch polycarbonate doors provide visibility while maintaining insulation. Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, it allows for easy access and adjustments. The thermostat can be set up to 200°F, providing precise temperature control. The cabinet includes fixed wire slides on 3" centers, accommodating either 17 pans of 18" x 26" or 32 pans of 12" x 20" x 2 1/2". Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, this unit operates on 120v/60/1 ph, delivering 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
