Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, the cabinet allows for easy access and maintenance. The thermostat is adjustable up to 200°F, giving you precise control over your food holding conditions. It accommodates a variety of pan sizes with universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, supporting either (18) 18" x 26" pans or (34) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans.
Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability.
