The Metro C539-HFS-4-GYA is a full-height mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food temperature maintenance. Featuring Grey Insulation Armour™, this insulated cabinet and door ensure efficient heat retention. The removable bottom mount control module allows for easy access and maintenance, while the adjustable thermostat reaches up to 200°F for precise temperature control.
This cabinet accommodates up to 18 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 34 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans, supported by fixed wire slides on 3" centers. It is constructed from durable aluminum and equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes for secure positioning. Operating at 120v/60/1 ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, it meets cULus and NSF standards for safety and performance.
