The Metro C539-HFS-4 is a full-height mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food temperature maintenance. Featuring Red Insulation Armour™, this insulated cabinet and door ensure efficient heat retention. It includes a removable bottom mount control module with a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F, allowing precise temperature control. The cabinet accommodates either (18) 18" x 26" pans or (34) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans, supported by fixed wire slides on 3" centers. Equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes for stability, this aluminum cabinet is easy to maneuver. Operating at 120v/60/1 ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, it meets cULus and NSF standards for safety and performance.
