The Metro C539-HLDC-U-BUA is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for efficiency and versatility. This full-height cabinet features Blue Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal retention while operating at a lower wattage. It is equipped with Dutch clear polycarbonate doors for easy visibility and access.
The removable bottom mount control module allows for convenient adjustments, with a thermostat that reaches up to 200°F. The cabinet includes universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, accommodating either (18) 18" x 26" pans or (34) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans.
Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, this unit operates on 120v/60/1 ph, delivering 1440 watts and 12 amps. It meets UL, CUL, and NSF standards, ensuring safety and reliability in any food service environment.
