The cabinet includes a removable bottom mount control module with a thermostat that can be set up to 200°F, ensuring precise temperature management. It offers fixed wire slides on 3" centers, accommodating either (18) 18" x 26" or (34) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans, making it versatile for various food items.
Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability during use.
