The Metro C539-HLDS-4A is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for efficiency and convenience. This full-height cabinet features lower wattage operation with Red Insulation Armour™ for enhanced thermal efficiency. It is equipped with Dutch insulated aluminum doors for easy access and optimal heat retention. The removable bottom mount control module allows for straightforward adjustments, while the thermostat can be set up to 200°F for precise temperature control.
The cabinet accommodates a variety of pan sizes, with fixed wire slides on 3" centers that hold either (18) 18" x 26" pans or (34) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. Mobility is facilitated by 5" casters, two of which include brakes for stability during use. Constructed from durable aluminum, this unit operates at 120v/60/1-ph, delivering 1440 watts and 12 amps.
