The Metro C539-HLDS-U-BU is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for efficiency and versatility. It is equipped with Dutch insulated aluminum doors for easy access and durability.
The removable bottom mount control module allows for straightforward adjustments, while the thermostat can be set up to 200°F for precise temperature control. The cabinet includes universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to (18) 18" x 26" or (34) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans.
Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Operating at 120v/60/1 ph, this unit delivers 1440 watts and 12 amps, meeting UL, CUL, and NSF standards for safety and performance.
