The Metro C539-HLFC-L-GY is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for efficiency and convenience. This full-height cabinet features lower wattage for energy savings while maintaining optimal performance. It is equipped with Grey Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal efficiency and a clear polycarbonate door for easy visibility of contents.
The removable bottom mount control module allows for straightforward adjustments, with a thermostat that reaches up to 200°F. It accommodates up to 35 standard 18" x 26" pans on lip load slides spaced 1 1/2" apart. The cabinet is built with durable aluminum and includes 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability during transport. Operating at 120v/60/1 ph, it delivers 1440 watts and 12 amps, meeting UL, CUL, and NSF standards for safety and reliability.
