It is equipped with Grey Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal retention and a clear polycarbonate door for easy visibility of contents.
The removable bottom mount control module allows for straightforward adjustments, with a thermostat that reaches up to 200°F. It accommodates up to 35 standard 18" x 26" pans on lip load slides spaced 1 1/2" apart. The cabinet is built with durable aluminum and is mounted on 5" casters, two of which have brakes for stability during use. Operating at 120v/60/1 ph, it delivers 1440 watts and 12 amps, and is certified by UL, CUL, and NSF for safety and quality assurance.
