The Metro C539-MDS-4 is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal performance in food service environments. This full-height cabinet features Red Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal efficiency, ensuring consistent temperature control. The cabinet includes a removable bottom mount control module with a thermostat that reaches up to 200°F, along with moisture control to maintain ideal conditions for proofing and holding. It offers fixed wire slides on 3" centers, accommodating either (18) 18" x 26" pans or (34) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans, providing versatile storage options.
