The Metro C539-MDS-L-BU is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal performance in food service environments. This full-height cabinet features Blue Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal efficiency, ensuring consistent temperature and moisture control. Equipped with Dutch insulated aluminum doors, it provides easy access while maintaining internal conditions. The removable bottom mount control module allows for straightforward adjustments, with a thermostat capable of reaching up to 200°F. The cabinet accommodates up to 35 standard 18" x 26" pans, utilizing lip load slides on 1 1/2" centers for flexible storage options. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, the unit operates on 120v/60/1 ph, delivering 2000 watts and 16.7 amps.
