This full-height cabinet features Red Insulation Armour™ for superior heat retention and energy efficiency. Constructed with durable Dutch insulated aluminum doors, it ensures easy access while maintaining consistent temperatures.
Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, the cabinet allows for precise temperature management up to 200°F, along with moisture control to create the ideal environment for proofing. It accommodates up to 35 standard 18" x 26" pans with lip load slides positioned on 1 1/2" centers for easy organization.
Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability during use. The cabinet operates on 120v/60/1 ph, delivering 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, and is compliant with cULus and NSF standards, ensuring safety and reliability in any commercial kitchen setting.
