Description
The Metro C539-MDS-U-GY is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and preparation. This full-height cabinet features C5™ 3 Series technology with Grey Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal efficiency. It is equipped with Dutch insulated aluminum doors for easy access and enhanced insulation. The removable bottom mount control module allows for convenient adjustments, while the thermostat can be set up to 200°F, ensuring precise temperature control. Moisture control features help maintain the ideal environment for proofing dough and holding cooked foods. The cabinet includes universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to (18) 18" x 26" or (34) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Operating on 120v/60/1 ph, it delivers 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, meeting cULus and NSF standards for safety and performance.
