The Metro C539-MFC-U-GY is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and preparation. This full-height cabinet features Grey Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal efficiency and a clear polycarbonate door for easy visibility of contents.
Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, it allows for precise temperature management up to 200°F, along with moisture control to maintain ideal conditions for proofing. The universal wire slides are adjustable on 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to 18 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 34 half-size 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans.
Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, this cabinet operates on 120v/60/1 ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps.
