The Metro C565-SFS-UA is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for efficiency and convenience. This half-height unit features solid insulated doors and top-mounted controls, ensuring easy access and operation. The ducted heating system maintains temperatures between 70°F and 200°F, providing optimal conditions for food holding.
It includes universal wire slides with a capacity for either eight 18" x 26" pans or sixteen 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, with 1-1/2" adjustable wire slides for versatile storage options. The cabinet is constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, ensuring longevity and ease of cleaning.
Equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes, the cabinet is easily mobile while remaining stable during use. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, it features a NEMA 5-20P plug and meets cULus and NSF standards, as well as ENERGY STAR® certification for energy efficiency.
