Description
The Metro C565L-SFS-U is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and convenience. This half-height cabinet features solid insulated doors and top-mounted controls for easy access and operation. The ducted heating system ensures even temperature distribution, adjustable from 70°F to 200°F, allowing for precise control over food holding conditions. With a capacity for eight 18" x 26" pans or sixteen 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, the universal wire slides are adjustable by 1-1/2" to accommodate various food items. The cabinet is constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, ensuring longevity and ease of cleaning. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability during use. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with a power output of 1440 watts and 12 amps, this cabinet is cULus and NSF certified, meeting high standards for safety and performance. Additionally, it is ENERGY STAR® certified, promoting energy efficiency in your kitchen operations.
