The Metro C567-SFS-U is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food storage and service. This 3/4 height cabinet features solid insulated doors and top mount controls for easy access and operation. The analog thermometer ensures precise temperature monitoring, while the ducted heating system maintains consistent warmth throughout the unit. With a thermostat range of 70°F to 200°F, it accommodates various food types and holding requirements. The cabinet includes universal wire slides, allowing for flexible pan configurations with a capacity for either 13 pans measuring 18" x 26" or 26 pans measuring 12" x 20" x 2-1/2". The adjustable wire slides provide versatility for different food items. Built from durable 304 stainless steel, this cabinet is designed for longevity and easy cleaning. It is equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes, ensuring mobility and stability. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, it meets cULus and NSF standards and is ENERGY STAR® certified, making it an efficient choice for any commercial kitchen.
