The Metro C569-SDS-L is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and convenience. This full-height cabinet features a durable, insulated construction with solid Dutch doors for easy access. Equipped with top mount controls and an analog thermometer, it allows precise temperature management from 70°F to 200°F. The ducted heating system ensures even heat distribution, while the cabinet can accommodate up to 34 standard 18" x 26" pans on 1-1/2" wire slides. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from 304 stainless steel, this unit operates at 120v/60/1-ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16 amps.
